Mulitcultural Birthday Party

This artwork celebrates the State of Queensland's 150th birthday by showing the integration of many different cultures and people in Queensland through the reaching out of hands. The unity of these hands forms a circle which reflects the diversity of the Queensland community and the links of support we create for one another. The stars represent the brightness of Queensland's future and each one signifies a year of Queensland heritage as an independent state.
