Cockatoo Creek

This water playground is loved by all as a calm resting place and is supported by the bridge offering a great bike ride or walkway through the natural bush here. The water is especially appreciated by dogs which may be a bit ocean, surf shy so they really get into the swim here and cool off. Called 'Cockatoo' Creek because the Yellow Tailed Black Cockatoos fly in from the west and feast on the coastal Banksias prevalent in Currimundi.
