Here's the story of introduced species: a fox and a rabbit. Beautiful animals in their own right but a pest as an non-native animal in Australia. My story is that I too am a member of an introduced species, white settlers who came to Australia. I want to welcome new visitors to Australia, reconcile myself as an introduced species and say SORRY to the traditional owners of this land.
