Moreton Bay Mermaid

A mermaid observes herself reflected as a dugong. According to legend dugongs are mermaids. Dugongs are endangered in Moreton Bay, a feature of the area where the TSB is located. The TSB is also located near a hospital, so a bright, cheerful design was chosen.
